He holds a record of business and infrastructure decision-making, managing, and growing businesses in 6 different countries for companies such as Weatherford International and Schlumberger, catapulting the companies to market-leading positions with innovations of impact on revenue growth.
Uwadiale’s career includes more than 12 years in leadership positions at Weatherford International and Schlumberger, where he took central roles handling multimillion-dollar projects in addition, his influence on productivity and team motivation translated and continues to translate into substantial bottom-line profits, positioning the company on a trajectory for increased and sustained growth, with a total value estimated of about 6Bn Naira.

Claris Agenmonmen is a global executive with deep expertise in business strategy, people management, and organization development particularly in the hospitality and financial services sector, she spent the periods between 2014 and 2017 as Genesis Group Ltd’s Senior Advisor Human Resources, where she was responsible for many aspects of the company’s human resources capabilities designed to drive the business’ performance including HR strategy, data analytics, gender diversity, recruiting, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and the continuing evolution of the company’s culture.
Most recently, Claris was Business Development Manager at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Ltd, one of Nigeria’s leading financial services groups, as well as a participatory member of professional bodies such as the Chartered Management Institute, United Kingdom and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria
